Pricing is based on actual kilowatt hours (kWh) dispensed to your vehicle. Rates will vary from site to site and charger to charger, generally due to charger power level and local utility costs.
Additionally, some sites may implement an overstay fee. An overstay fee is a fee used to encourage drivers to move their vehicle after charging has complete, to free the charger for others to use. When overstay fees are implemented, we typically provide a grace period, to give sufficient time for driver to return to their vehicle after charging completion, without incurring fees. After the grace period elapses, drivers will be billed at a per minute overstay rate.
A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card to start the transaction. The actual billed amount from your charging session will appear on your account once the transaction is processed. If charging does not start successfully, the temporary authorization hold will be automatically released.
